231 companies were awarded after a rigorous evaluation of the Good Practices Application System (SABP) within the framework of the National Tourist Quality Plan (Caltur) promoted by MINCETUR.

The Recognition Award Ceremony was chaired by Minister Luis Fernando Helguero and the Deputy Minister of Tourism, Madeleine Burns, who highlighted the importance of enhancing service quality to continue attracting tourists worldwide.

Salkantay Trekking was awarded the highest distinction and received this valuable recognition for their specialized trekking service and the application of the tools recommended by MINCETUR to improve their services.
