Since then, every trail we have traveled has been an opportunity to learn, improve, and continue moving forward with humility and commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It has not been an easy road. It has been full of challenges, lessons, and important decisions. But it has also been full of shared achievements, smiles at the summit, and the certainty that we are on the right path. Each one connects travelers with some of the most breathtaking landscapes in Cusco and Peru, always with a responsible and authentic approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This growth is also reflected in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salkantaytrekking.com\/company\/meet-our-team\/\"><strong>our team<\/strong><\/a>. Today we have more than <strong>250 local employees<\/strong>, organized into <strong>15 areas of work<\/strong> that make each experience possible: Human Resources, Sales, Customer Service, Commercial, Operations, Marketing and IT, Finance, Accounting, Supervision, Logistics, Product, Tour Guides, Route Chefs, Muleteers, and Drivers. Each area plays an essential role and all work toward the same goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our experience has transcended borders and today reaches key international markets such as <strong>The United States, Mexico, Canada, Brazil<\/strong>, and <strong>Australia<\/strong>, bringing the name of Cusco to travelers from all over the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More than just numbers, this growth represents trust, commitment, and teamwork.
