Little teddy bear At KM 82 <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We picked up this bear at his hotel at 6:00 AM and went toward the ancient <strong>Inca<\/strong> city of <strong>Ollantaytambo<\/strong>. Madness at the highest point on the Inca Trail<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After sleeping in <strong>Huayllabamba<\/strong>, trekkers walked for 5 hours to the highest point on the whole trail: the<strong> Dead Woman Pass<\/strong> or <strong>Warmi wa\u00f1usqa<\/strong>. Please remember to be a little more careful than the guy in this photo who celebrated his arrival with cigarettes and rum. Machu Picchu, after a hard hike<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Many people say that the <strong>Inca Trail<\/strong> was designed to spiritually prepare hikers for the sacred city-state of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salkantaytrekking.com\/traditional\/machu-picchu\/machu-picchu-one-day-tour\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Machu Picchu<\/strong><\/a>. It takes a lot of effort, but the reward is even bigger. You\u2019ll feel powerful energy, and you\u2019ll reflect on the significance of your existence in <strong>Machu Picchu<\/strong>. Hike up Machu Picchu mountain after the Inca Trail? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After your tour, you can hike <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salkantaytrekking.com\/travel-info\/machu-picchu-mountain-vs-huayna-picchu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Huayna Picchu<\/strong> or <strong>Machu Picchu mountain<\/strong><\/a>. To do that, you\u2019ll have to reserve tickets in advance. It takes about 3 hours round trip to hike each of these mountains.
